PlayyOn’s Founder of Its Revolutionary Sport and Recreation Management Platform Receives 2021 JA Impact Award
PlayyOn’s founder SallyAnn Reiss has been honored with the 2021 JA Impact Award for the outstanding social impact their software solutions are having on the community.
SallyAnn Reiss is the CEO of PlayyOn, an online platform for managing amateur sports and recreation. PlayyOn provides a suite of online solutions for millions of organized events and programs all over the world providing a free-to-use platform for collecting online registrations, publishing schedules and centralizing communications. The software supports the management needs of coaches and participants alike and is being used by a variety of activities including basketball, baseball, football, soccer, cheer, chess, robotics, sailing and more.
Sally Ann developed her leadership skills on the founding of 5 successful startups, with key roles in operations, finance, and project management. She started her entrepreneur career at TiVo, the pioneering digital video recording company. Reiss has an authentic understanding of the challenges new entrepreneurs face in creating, marketing, and operating their own company from concept to business plan, financing, execution, and sales. When asked about the award, Reiss said:

The JA Impact award is given to people who create a positive social impact on their community.
